Often, people want to exhibit the characteristics they admire in others, so finding opportunities to let them do so can help them excel on the job.

What Are You Passionate About?

Sometimes, workers will answer this question in a predictable fashion. If they truly love their career, you’ll likely hear them reference certain duties or outcomes that really inspire them to keep pushing forward. However, you may also learn about a hidden interest that falls outside of their profession. While this may seem like a red flag, it can be an excellent opportunity to let them use their unique skills to benefit the company.
